Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
- Items must be in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer support team by filling in the contact us form on the bottom of our home page within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you're returning, and the reason for the return.
- We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds:
- Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-12 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges:
- If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, weβll be happy to assist. Please contact us, and we'll guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. Weβll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
