Here at Snipsy we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date of delivery. We’re here to help you with any issues and ensure a smooth experience.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • Custom or personalized items may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer support team by filling in the contact us form on the bottom of our home page within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you're returning, and the reason for the return.
  3. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
  4. Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-12 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges:

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, we’ll be happy to assist. Please contact us, and we'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
