  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes between 5-14 business days, depending on your location. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.
  • Chinese New Year delayed shipping:Β During the the dates between January 25th until the 20th of February, please expect shipping to take slightly longer due to staff being on extended leave during Chinese New Year.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on every order for eligible locations.
